What is your general location (Springfield, chantilly, Fairfax, etc.)?
What the booms sound like?

I heard it too in Reston! Been hearing them since about 11:00am. Lasts no more than 2-3 seconds and sounds/feels kind of like the reverberations from dynamite at long distance range, but I haven't heard about any testing at Quanitco or elsewhere (usually can't hear their testing this far out anyways). Neighborhood dogs are going crazy every time it happens.
