For the last 5 years I have witnesses our department at its best, either sleeping or socializing on your tax dime. On chain bridge rd cops have consistently been sleeping in the parking lot or socializing behind the Scientology church across from the former Evans farm inn. If they are not napping there they are at lewinsville park far right parking lot snoozing away. Lazy cops have been doing this for years FYI. Perhapse there are too many cops on the roll, is this why after they wake up they were standing in the middle of the road checking all stickers next the entrance of lewinsville park? I'm guessing after they napped they needed to justify their job.

Are you trying to write "quiet"?

I would say stupid citizen would be more appropriate. Obviuosly public school student.

This is all hogwash. No proof.

As government employees I think they are required to sleep on the job for at least two hours per day.

You might have had a good point but you lost all your credibility because of your spelling mistake.

This is true, however, they are on the computer (when they are at the church in the back/lower parking lot) if there isn't another cop there for them to talk to.


I cannot attest to their Lewinsville Park activities, however, I have seen them there before.

Do you stop and talk with a co worker during the day? That is all the cops are doing. Maybe they are not sleeping but just have their head down looking at a computer screen.
