Centreville South

Over the several years of living in Centreville South I realize that it keeps getting more dumpy by the day. My townhouse community is looking very drab and unorganized with typical overgrown hedges and houses that could use a fresh coat of paint. It really disturbs me and I am thinking of moving near the Vienna Metro in a townhouse due to proximity to work and to live in a nicer community. I'm sick of this place...

C'mon, there are a lot of advantages to living in a mature neighborhood. Be glad you are not living in a super strict HOA. Or alternatively point out the areas that concern you to the management company. I mean really, how bad can it be: http://goo.gl/maps/OoYk8

what do people do in townhouses? especially ones located in the middle of nowhere (centreville).
