coke deal in parking lot at total wine in greebriar

I was in the parking lot of total wine in greenbriar last night at 1 am (don't aks me why... you can figure it out dumbfuck) sitting in my car and I saw another car pull up, and then another behind him, the guy in the car behind him got out of the first car and then knocked on the fist guy's window, the first guy rolled window down
i didn't see any money or coke ecxhnga hands i was too far but the second guy drove away a minute later and i saw first guy with a ziploc baggie and his hands near his face.. then about a minute later he got out and i was 100% sure he was coked up i know what that looks like. i was prety drunk so i wasn't totally sure but he was acting like it and just walkingaroudn coked up... like h e didn't take the coke with him and go to a parry or anything this loser just did it in the parking loit at total wine and walked around then jogged in a circle for a while. i got tired of watching him had to pull away but damn
what is the world coming too i thought people only osld weed back there

I doubt that happened. As the Mayor, if a coke deal goes down in my hood I get a kickback. That's just how Greenbriar politics work.

All things considered, that's not bad for Greenbriar. I guess since the Mayor started getting those kickbacks, they can't afford, apostrophes.

Everytime I've driven through that parking lot late night, there's been at least one cop sitting in a squad car. Seems like a bad place to pick for an exchange like this...
