Hate to say it but I don't think RG3 will ever put up stats like he did last year, the guy is made of glass and isn't built to take big hits. He is what, like 23 and has already had 2 major knee surgeries. I say trade his ass now before he becomes completely worthless. He's an amazing athlete, I'll give him that but his best days as a QB are well behind him.
