Dunno, he may be right...depends on what a "WEND" is. Some more detail on how to recognize the "NEXT WEND" so I can prepare accordingly would be very helpful since I apparently didn't recognize the last WEND...

chancesnow
Overcast with a chance of snow. High of 45F. Winds from the NNE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 70% with accumulations up to 2 in. possible.
LOL, do you think they are even remotely right? The weather forecasters are horrible. They can't even forecast rain or sun with any reliable accuracy. The screwed the pooch many a weekend this past summer with botched forecasts. Sunny and 85 for Sat/Sun is what they were saying at 11pm. Wake up at 8am and it's rain in the afternoon through the next day. How the fuck can it change in 8 hours???
There is no way they can forecast snow 6 days out.
Don't believe the hype. 6 days out is waaay to distant to forecast a snowstorm, even in the middle of winter. It is the second week of November. The forecast high for next Monday is 59. The ground temperature is still 60+. Even if a few wet flakes happen to fall, they will melt upon contact with the ground.

More than enough to screw up rush hour commutes. Very few around here can drive correctly to begin with, let alone with a dusting of powder/wet snow on the roads. Bastards.

Our enemies just need to find a way to control the weather and keep hitting the DC area with 2 inches of snow every week. It'd bring the government to its knees.

Was that the same model that said a higher than ususal hurricane season with 4 major ones making landfall??, you probably voted for Obama as well. Neither are ever right.
Weather forecasters are so full of shit. Like mentioned above, they were so far off this summer, I stopped paying attention. I don't remember them being this bad in the past, shouldn't advancement in technology IMPROVE accuracy?
Tuesday Night A chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 35. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Wednesday A chance of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 43. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
Wednesday Night A chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 32. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Thursday A chance of rain. Partly sunny, with a high near 43. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Idiots. Learn how to drive in it. You government employees don't
deserve another day off. It's apparent no one really works at
government agency's anyway. Big waste of money.
Don't forget to turn off the lights at 2:30 when you leave today for
a nice weekend.
