Looking for a construction company around Fairfax

Looking for an honest construction company to turn an unfinished barn into a cottage with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. Needs to be gutted, drywalled, needs flooring, and hookup to septic and water, among other things. Recommendations would really be appreciated!!

Why not just do what everyone else does? Hires undocumented workers and bury them so they don't have to be paid, and then have the helicopter looking for them?

The first thing you're going to need is a zoning analysis and architectural drawings to interview prospective general contractors and solicit bids. Then you'll need a building permit.
