Entry Level Administrative Assistant Job Opening!!
TRAK is currently recruiting for an entry level administrative assistant to support our client, a large government contractor in the Northern Virginia area. We are looking for a professional candidate who has superior organizational skills, a positive attitude, and always goes above and beyond to get the job done. If you already have some office experience and you’re looking for an opportunity to broaden your horizons, apply today!
Responsibilities:
• Schedule conferences/meetings
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Handle busy executive calendars
• Edit and send correspondences
• Enter data and manage all hardcopy and electronic files
• Various other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience working in an office environment answering phones
• Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Access is a huge plus!
• Phenomenal spelling, grammar, and proofreading
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional judgment and a keen eye for detail
