There are plenty, shady places all over NoVA but there is one across the river in Gaithersburg, MD on Shady Grove Road which is awesome. Great artists, no BS and decent prices.

Dipshit, is a tattoo (permanent) something you really wanna be trying to save some cash on? I pay $150 an hour for bigger pieces. It sucks, but I'd hate to see what I'd get for $75 an hour.

Here's a better idea; if you want to draw attention to yourself, shoot yourself. It's relatively cheap, profound and doesn't require the upkeep that a tattoo does. Plus, the fact that you're so desperate for attention leads me to believe that something has gone horribly wrong at some point in your life, quite possibly making you a burden to our society. It may be best to just get it out of the way now. You know, pay it forward...
