Police Identify Fairfax Teen Found Dead in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, Md. (WUSA)--Baltimore Police tell 9NEWS NOW that the name of Fairfax girl found dead in Baltimore this weekend was Annie McCann.

A spokesperson for the Fairfax County Public Schools confirmed that the 16 year-old McCann was a student at West Potomac High School.

Fairfax County Police received a missing juvenile report for McCann on Friday, October 31. On Saturday, McCann was found dead on the 200 block of South Spring Court in East Baltimore.

Baltimore Police would only say that McCann's death will be classified as "suspicious" until the Medical Examiner completes an autopsy.
