Only been to the one in Annandale and one near China town in New York City. It's ok but nothing special. I don't particularly care for how they prepare the wings and the customer service blows.. At least at the Annandale one.

The spicy legs are really good but they are expensive as hell. The soy garlic legs are not so good.

I love BonChon. Only dealt with the Centreville one. Give it a good hour at least if you order on a busy day though. I've never had any gastrointestinal issues from it. Oh man, a 50/50 medium combo and some pork buns, so good.

No, they do not employ Korean cooks. They look like your typical 5'2" El Salvadorian back of the house staff typical for Northern Virginia.

I've ordered from the Fairfax one multiple times. The wings are fantastic ... super crispy. If you like 'em hot, go half and half, so you can try the great soy garlic sauce as well as the hot. I ordered the bulgogi tacos as well ... good, but not worth the price. They make everything to order, so if you're gonna call ahead for take-out, give yourself plenty of time.

Bon Chon is OK, I've been to the one at the circle. I found the wings to be milder than they claimed I ate 3 of their hottest ones and meh...
Chicken and Beer in Centerville has much better fried chicken. Not as spicy as Bon Chon and very good.
