I think Gerry suggested that congress return early from their recess because he's home on his break and probably bored as hell being around his wife. Also, Gerry is only about 20 miles from Capitol hill. Probably the closest congressman living within that proximity of DC. Not sure where Stenny Hoyer lives, but it could be within a reasonable range, too. Also, Chris Van Hollen -- another idiot, also lives in Maryland. Not sure where, though.

After years of oppressive increases, the rate of grotwh in health insurance premiums has been declining since PPACA was passed. The only free-loaders involved are the selfish assholes who simply don't want to pay. That's why there is an individual mandate -- to force these traitors to soceity to pay their fair share. The folks who actually can't afford to pay for cover are of course given subsidies to help with that.
