I've seen some couples in some public pools sometimes in the area, which is a big no on. When I lived in the suburbs I saw my neighbors in their pools doing that from my deck, that didn't see to care.

Wrong. If you had actually read the statute you pasted in, you would see that it clearly only prohibits an obscene display or exposure of private parts. If there is no obscene display and the private parts were not exposed, it is not indecent exposure. You can screw all day.

Yes, but how could you prove it actually happened if you can't see any private parts? Seems to me you can all the sex you want in public so long as another person doesn't see any private parts.
