Also, whenever you have your windshield wipers on due to fog, rain, sleet, or snow, you have to have your headlights on. Not your day running lights, because guess what? Your tail lights don't come on with those (duh). Wipers=Headlights. Yeah, you don't have to have them on when you're using intermittent wipers, but the idea is to make you visible so someone doesn't kill you. Why not just turn the damn lights on? Oh, that's right, you're dumb.

the wipers law only applies when they are on normal or high settings. intermittent is not required to have your headlights on. i agree, you should just turn them on anyway, but to many idiots think its not important because they can see fine and to stupid to realize its more so drivers behind you can see their vehicle. headphones while driving is nothiing new, and it also applies to people on bicycles.

I've given up on drivers in nova. They're all fucking idiots. Asian women and Ethiopian taxicab drivers are the absolute worst, but I've noticed in general that people around here have some serious issues with safe driving habits.

Bitch all you want but the drivers here aren't the nation's worst. Go down to Dade County, Florida (Miami) if you want to see some jaw-dropping driving behavior.

What you have there is a dangerous cocktail of senior citizen drivers with poor eyesight and slow reaction times mixed with machisimo South American and Carribbean immigrants that like to swerve in and out of traffic at 80-100 mph.

Around here you have lots of fender benders. Down there you see body parts smeared across the road.

On the other side of the fence, I was just in Omaha for business and had a rental car. Holy crap, those people are well behaved! Everyone on the freeway was doing 10 mph under the limit, turn signals used by all and very considerate behavior overall.

If you're going to use headphones, don't use the white Apple earbuds. They're much too easy to see from outside. Spring for a set of black ones and the opportunity to enjoy your music without being bothered by FCPD's revenue gathering goes way up.

Over the ear ones are the worst choice of all.
