More Reston Yuppies - Reston Kids Triathlon Sunday Starting at 8am

Are your young athletes ready? The Reston Kids Triathlon returns this weekend.
Triathletes ages 6-14 will swim, bike and run in South Reston beginning at 8 a.m. Sunday. The course will vary according to age group.
This is the third straight year for the triathlon, which is sponsored by Reston Association and YMCA Fairfax County Reston.
Here are five things you need to know whether you are the parent of a participant, a bystander or a neighbor.
1. The race begins at Ridge Heights Pool, 11400 Ridge Heights Road. The participants will transition to the bike portion from the Ridge Heights parking lot. If you are driving down Ridge Heights or nearby streets, be careful. To see the course routes, click here.
2. The finish line has changed. Due to the turf field construction at South Lakes High School, the track is not in use. The race will now finish at the west end of the Langston Hughes Middle School's building, says RA Parks and Recreation director Larry Butler.
3. Post-race food and activities will be adjacent to Langston Hughes on the Ridge Heights Road side of the building.
4. Race packet pickup is Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Reston YMCA.
5. Have fun!

Here's the route. Once again a bunch of Reston yuppies clogging the roads of Reston for some althetic event.
Every night on my drive home I have deal with packs of bikes on the roads, the weekends its festival traffic. The lakes are now filled with paddle boarders. The pools are packed with whining rich kids(At least the Mom are hot and wear some fine bkinis).

Reston has a school named to honor a Stalinist. Not just your typical coffehouse Stalin supporter of that era, but a full on Stalinst who knew at the time of Stalin's horrors and openly advocated to bring his show trials and death camp approach to the West. That's fucking great.
