It's fun to listen to the car stereo at top volume and rock out to it sometimes.
But if you are driving down highly populated area with your windows down trying to drown out all sound around you, then no it's not considered "cool"

I like to think that most people who listen to there music loud don't do it because they think its "cool". The more likely reason is because THEY LIKE TO LISTEN TO FUCKING MUSIC.

As long as the music isn't rap, heavy metal or rock, than it's cool.
