Bars Converted to New Smoking Law

Backyard Bar abd Grill is now converted for the new VA smoking law. Bar is walled off from rest of the place with seperate entrance. Wohoo debauchery and speak easys!

I hear Outback, at least the one in Springfield, doesn't allow smoking at all anymore.
