Where to buy some Cotton Candy Sugar?

Hey guys, i was cleaning out my garage and I found this cotton candy machine that is barely used. I wanted to run it however I have no sugar to put in it. Does anyone know where or what store to look for the floss sugar. I live in the 22310 Area. Bed Bath and Beyond doesnt have anything on their site, and target only has the machine itself.
