Man Falls from Tree and Dies

Man Falls from Tree and Dies

Mason Police District – On Tuesday, July 9, around 9:17 a.m. police were called to the 5100 block of Chowan Avenue in the Lincolnia area for a report of a man who fell from a tree. Upon arrival officers found 21-year-old Jassiel Moyoraga Benavidez, of no fixed address, deceased at the scene.

While the exact cause of death will be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, detectives do not suspect foul play.

We know these are probably being posted by some FCPD information officer, showing a little humor makes it less obvious.

So the guy was up in a tree? WTF, was it some sort of gypsy tree service operation and they took off when their "friend" fell out of the tree?

What's the rest of the story?

Probably so.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict that the exact cause of death will be that he fell from a fucking tree.

It is easy enough to put two and two together and figure out what happened. It happened in the morning at 9:17 am, and the deceased hoolio, Jassiel Moyoraga Benavidez, was "of no fixed address." Hence he was most likely a homeless dude who was sleeping in a tree and fell out.

He wasn't homeless, the tree was his home. Now he is just lifeless.
