Good Eats at Stryker Plaza off of Olk Pickett Rd

Damn have you guys been to either Hot Spot Hot Pot or Bon Chon!?!?
these two gems along with the two hookah bars at Stryker have made this unknown strip quite a hip location.

I just visited Bon Chon last week. it's some damn good food.
The Hot Pot place was packed as well.
How long have theses places been open?
