Looks like Scott Lehman was sprung from the nut house...

"Police responding to a call around 9:39 p.m. Saturday found a naked man near Fort Hunt Road and Elkins Street near Carl Sandburg Middle School attempting to jump in front of vehicles as they passed by."

Police responding to a call around 9:39 p.m. Saturday found a naked man near Fort Hunt Road and Elkins Street near Carl Sandburg Middle School attempting to jump in front of vehicles as they passed by.

According to the FCPD Public Information Office, responding officers determined he was possibly reacting to some kind of narcotic. The suspect was transported to a nearby hospital for observation.

When officers first tried to apprehend the man, he resisted arrest. Fairfax County police charged the suspect with resisting arrest, assault on an officer and indecent exposure.

He was just being exuberant with Fairfax school spirit. There are some things money just can't buy. Karen Garza is probably going to speak on his behalf in court, as she is no longer able to fund school spirit (sports, band, student government) at previous levels.

Don't forget Gerry. He will explain that this man is misunderstood, and that the PCP he probably took, was a result of not enough spending or taxing by the government.
