Drove by it in Chantilly today at 12:30. They had Dallas St. blocked off from the beginning of Walney Rd down. I did see an unmarked news van and a Fairfax Police Crime Scene van.

Which hot news babe was there?

We are told three males were transported to the hospital, but none of them have died.

Lucy Caldwell with Fairfax Police won't say exactly what lead to their injuries but does say the incident happened in one home on Travers Court.

Police reportedly got the call about 11:20 a.m.

We hope to have more details soon from police.

AUTHORITIES SAY THAT THERE WAS A CAR CRASH IN THE ROAD. THE CARS WERE INVOLVED IN A POSSIBLE CAR CRASH.

CHANTILLY, Va. -

One man is dead and two other men have been seriously injured in a violent “domestic incident” at a home daycare facility in Chantilly, Va., according to Fairfax County Police.

There were two children in the house at the time of the incident, but the children were not injured.

All three injured men were taken to local hospitals after police responded to a call to the house at 11:19 a.m.

Two of the three men injured suffered wounds consistent with stabbing injuries, according to Officer Shelley Broderick. The office of the state medical examiner will determine the cause of death of the dead man.

As of late Tuesday afternoon, medical personnel were still working on the two surviving men, and investigators have not yet been able to question them.

Officer Broderick said there were “other adults” and two children elsewhere in the house at the time of the incident. None, she said, witnessed nor was involved in the fracas that led to the stabbings and death.

The incident occurred at a four-bedroom townhouse in the 4100 block of Travers Court in Chantilly. A registry of licensed daycare centers in Fairfax County lists Khajesta Arain as the operator of a facility at the address.

Upon arrival officers found three adult males injured. Preliminary information suggests that at least two of the victims suffered from wounds that were consistent with stabbing. Detectives believe that the event was domestic in nature. The three injured men were transported to local hospitals. One of the men later died. An autopsy will be conducted by the Office of the Medical Examiner to determine cause and manner of death.

Through facebook I've learned that the victim is Hasseb Raza. He graduated Chantilly High in 06' and was an all around great guy. RIP

Haseeb was an awesome dude. Smart and truly a nice guy.

You are correct, we need to keep the family in prayer. They have one son that's deceased and another one critically wounded. I am very gratetful your child was unharmed. The deceased was a colleague of mine and these post are deeply saddening.

UPDATE – Homicide Victim Identified

Detectives have determined that a 20-year-old suspect fatally stabbed his brother in the upper body. A second family member, 61 years old, was then stabbed in the upper body when he tried to intervene. The second victim was able to get away from the suspect and fled downstairs. It appears the suspect then shot himself in the upper body.

The second victim is recovering from his injuries. The suspect is being treated for his life-threatening injuries. The deceased has been identified as Haseeb Raza, 24 years old, of Chantilly. No one else inside the home was involved or injured. This investigation is ongoing.
