Comcast discontinuing all newsgroup hosting

Apparently Comcast will not be offering any newsgroups to their customers anymore. Verizon has eliminated all the Alt groups. Is Usenet going the way of the dodo? This sucks. I have never found as good, diverse and convenient a source of pornography as Usenet used to be.

if you want it so bad, u can buy premium newsgroup access with insanely high retention for like $10/month

or share with a friend.

get 10 peeps to put in a dollar a month. ba da boom

if cox ever cancels mine (knock on wood) i'd go in half w/ u
