police activity in Woodlawn and Mallory Apartments

I was leaving Woodlawn Apartments around 9:40pm tonight and there were at least 12 of fairfax cop cars driving around and parked throughout the complex. They had their headlights on, but no blue lights. Then as I was turning onto rt 1 there were 4 more hauling ass into the complex. What happened?

Clearly no one knows and nor do they care? Not surprised though, every time I drive by I think about how sketch they look and wonder if the original builders had the current occupants in mind when they built them. Probably not.

There aren't any white people in those apartments.
