Police Investigate Smash and Grab Larceny
Fair Oaks Police District – Police were called to the Kay Jewelers at Fair Oaks Mall on Monday, June 10 shortly before 8 p.m. for the report of a grand larceny. During the preliminary investigation, officers determined that three men entered the store, smashed a glass case and removed an undisclosed amount of jewelry. There were customers in the store at the time but nobody was injured.

All three suspects were described as black 25 to30 years old. One suspect was between 5 feet 5 and 5 feet 8 inches tall, medium build, wearing a blue, hooded sweat shirt. The other two suspects were between 5 feet 10 and 6 feet 2 inches tall; one wearing a dark, hooded sweat shirt and the other, wearing a white T-shirt.

Thanks for the photo. I always wondered what a Kay Jewelers looked like. You just never see them.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed but the demographics of that mall has really changed in the last year or so.Seem's to be a lot more black people then I previously remember,Not a problem but something I have noticed.
