In Fairfax and throughout the DC metro area is a large group of deadly bullies using Directed Energy Weapons(DEW's) against unsuspecting people.

Targets can feel the pain--but cannot see what is hitting them. Damage is usually below skin level and so shows no external damage. DEW's can cause real arthritis and genuine deadly heart attacks that can cause permanent damage or kill a person. Physicians can not tell the difference.
