I am 28 and was previously prescribed adderall for a couple of years in another state. I want to get back on it but I don't want to have to go to like 10 visits and keep telling them whatever they are giving me is not working. I also don't want to look like a "drug seeker". What is the best DR/practice in the area where I will have the best rate of success?????

Fix it for you.

Just go to an doctor and tell them that you moved and you used to have an adderall prescription and it helped a lot. It shouldn't require many visits

Advice, not judging. I think the OP, and perhaps you, are hooked on it. I'm no health nut but I'd be seriously checking out long-term alternatives to recently synthesized drugs whose purpose is to basically slow down the mind so that the user can function. That and Ritalin are not good for anyone for extended periods, perhaps at all. Good luck.

Adderall helps EVERYONE.

Just because you can focus better on it and stay awake for extended periods of time does not mean that you can't function without it.

Ask any college student who's crammed for finals.

BTW, if you find a Doctor that dispenses it without a lot of questions, please let me know -- my connections dried up after college.

Aderall is almost standard issue at college campuses nowadays. If your University grades on a bell curve, you better have a script because you will perilously be at a competitive disadvantage if you don't. Many of my business competitors are beginning to push it on their employees as well.. specifically for people with task oriented assignments as it remarkably ramps up productivity. I see a time in the not so distant future where we will all be forced to use it as a productivity aid. If we have to compete with the Asians, and continue to produce profits for the investor classes Americans need to level the playing field. Asians have been handing it out like candy for years.
