Having typed that you'll notice that, except for the speeding charges, the rest of those charges are "turkey tickets", especially the highway/stop sign ones. I've seen a guy near the Yorktown apartments (not the best area in the county...) get stopped because he didn't come to a complete stop at a stop sign - did he violate the law? Of COURSE he did; he didn't come to a complete stop! But he did slow down to a snail's pace (that is, ALMOST a full stop), just like a lot of us do when we come to a stop-sign-enhanced intersection and no other cars are around. It was a turkey ticket. Just like the rest up there. One that served no purpose in stopping dangerous behavior, stopped no future behavior, was simply a turkey ticket.
