What are the Washington Area Secular Humanists like? Especially the Northern Virginia chapter in Oakton? Does anyone attend their meetings? Are they fun?

They pray a lot and eat insects.

They believe in the separation of humans and government. So far. So good.

They sound good on paper, but probably just another excuse for big government loving progressive douches to gather and whine.

It has to do more with not believing in god, or Organized religion. and has nothing to do with Government.

WASH is made up of secular humanists who don't believe in God and approach things rationally. They don't believe conspiracy theories about lizard people or pray. I just want to know what their meetings are like, or if anyone has ever been to their events. I'm an atheist who is looking for a group to be a part of without religion.
