Shoot Parked Cars, Go to Jail [Herbert Reyes-Cartagena and Alexander Chase]

The Fairfax County Police Department have arrested two men for incidents involving vehicle shootings. FCPD has charged Herbert Reyes-Cartagena, 18, and Alexander Chase, 19, with destruction of property and shooting a missile at an occupied dwelling and an occupied vehicle, according to a recent news release.

30 victims? Restitution will be expensive. Hope mom and dad have some money put asisde for college to pay these bills instead.

My windshield has a small crack in it, I guess this would not be a bad chance to get a free replacement.
