Why did Rick's Wine shop in Alexandria close so fast???

It was such a great beer and wine shop....doing a booming business.

i believe they lost their lease. from their site:

Rick's Wine & Gourmet is closing its doors!!! For the last 20 years we have had the pleasure of serving the best customers in the area.

We have lost our lease and will be closing for good on Monday December 31st at 6pm.

Maybe I can bail them out with a billion dollar relief fund and add on some riders for money to unions.
