Can anyone recommend a good place for some Sushi Buffet in Fairfax? Also, how much they usually cost?

Thanks.

Not sure if it's still there, but years back there was a sushi place at worldgate that had a good lunch buffet. I think you ended up getting out of there for $20 or so with drink, but the sushi was pretty good and they had a decent variety. Not an every day thing, but a couple times a month seemed like a good deal.

Heebeen in Alexandria has a full buffett that includes a sushi bar and a grill at your table that the staff cooks meat on. I think it's about $15 for lunch and $20+ for dinner.

Yeah, the one at world gate isn't bad. Think it's still there.

there is one right near the parking lot at Fair Oaks mall called Todai. Very good but also pretty pricy. I believe it was almost 25 dollars for an adult buffet BULLSHIT

Todai is pretty damn good. Only go there for lunch as the dinner price is insane.

First poster got it right. Matsutake at Worldgate in Herndon is the absolutley best sushi place.

Actually, I think the buffet at Obi in Reston Town Center is better than the one at Worldgate. There aren't as many non-sushi alternatives in the buffet, but the sushi is by far better quality--larger pieces and better fish. The price is a couple of dollars cheaper too at $13.

there's also an all-around buffet between Babies 'R' Us and K-mart (Centreville Road & 50, near 28) that has a lot of sushi. HUGE place. Food's pretty good. Not cheap.

obi is terrible. look at yelp. todai and kushi are prob the best options. hibachi is a decent buffet but not too much sushi
