Not wearing seat beats

I am driving and just noticed this lady with 4 kids and non of them are wearing seat belt should she get a ticket? Her plates are

Mexicans and salvadorans dont it's the asians and the arabs that have a ton of kids now oh and the caucasians have about 4 or 6 on average.

If the family is brown, savage mud-people...chances are good that their kids aren't belted so, go ahead and report them using the link that XHGSB provided. It's an anonymous reporting so it's not like there's any risk to you. Besides, maybe you'll cause the FCPD to get an immigration violation hit and there'll be one less family to mow the white mans' lawns.

I am the DICKEMAN and I find wearing a seat belt uncomfortable. It hurts its so big.
