Are you trying to understand the options, or have you decided between Chapter 7 and 13? In either case I would suggest contact John Bevis - his office is on Judicial Drive across from the ADC. Costs for a Chapter 13 should be around $3500, but you do not need to pay this upfront since attorney fees get rolled into your repayment plan.
For what it's worth, you can file 'pro se' (not exactly sure of the Latin translation, but it means that you are filing without an attorney) and save yourself some money. The filing fee is around $300 and most people should be able to fill out the basic forms in a long afternoon if most of your debt is from credit cards, personal loans and a mortgage. From what I have read, Chapter 7 is "easier" and you get a more or less clean slate, but at a heavy personal cost. If you have a job and can support a repayment plan, then Chapter 13 seems like the better route.
