where is the form to became one? I just want to give parking tickets to cars that are not parked corrcerly

One of my neighbors is an APO. After talking with him I looked into it to see what was involved - it is NOT a light volunteer activity - lots of qualification, lots of time necessary to give.

You would have to be dedicated to voluteering at all times of day simply for the satifsfaction of having served your county/state/country.
