does anyone know the amount of money Virginia is earning with the new I495 EZPASS.? Everytime I am on I495 I find it empty

Not only do they not make money for the State, if the hot lanes don't make a certain amount, the taxpayers have to make up the difference.

Must be nice to be able to invest in something with your private capital with a guarantee from the government that you can't lose your money.

Now I understand what all the right-wingers are talking about when they get mad at the 2% who cheat welfare. Nothing in life is free, unless you've spent some money buying off politicians to ensure it's free.

Like all the Wall St banks that purchased mortgages without checking. They could not lose because the taxpayers ended up paying for thier mistake. Had the mortgages been solid the banks would of course pocketed all the interest and fees and not given Uncle Sam a dime.
