Fairfax High School Failing Students

This is some very interesting data. Has you notice almost no one fails a FOREIGN LANGUAGE COURSES? PDF ATTACH. Why are students passing Hard classes like Physics and Chem but are failing easy classes like Biology and Algebra 1, Geometry ?. If you look at the sol date only 5% of the student failed the Biology sol but a lot more failed the class any questions to that?
