Actually this not the same as the thread posted. SECOND TIME SOMEBODY HIT THE SAME ATM.
One of the two skimmers announced today was found where police had previously removed a skimmer device: on an ATM located near the lobby gift shop at Inova Fairfax Hospital.
A hospital employee noticed that the slot for ATM cards was loose and wobbly; when she inserted her bank card, the device fell off.
The is what's wrong with America! Poor workmanship. At the device correctly and there would of been a problem!
Takes some balls to go back to the same machine after you know the first device was discovered. That should be a clue as to who the person was. Why hospitals?

My money is on:
1) Cleaning crew that probably cleans both hospitals.
2) Vending machine man.
3) Somebody who has late night access to both hospitals.

More like Eastern European scum. It takes two seconds to apply with krazy glue or double sided tape. The banks have known about it for years but don't want to pay for the counter measures. Its still cheaper to write it off. Corporate Banks are evil.
