I have two front row left orchestra seats to the Virigina Opera's Die Fledermaus which will be at the Center for the Arts at George Mason University.
http://cfa.gmu.edu/calendar/1096/

My friend and I can't go so I'm selling them.

The seats are Left Orchestra row E seats 30.31 (so very front row! link below for GMU's CFA seating chart!)
http://cfa.gmu.edu/about/seating.php

These tickets are normally $72.00 per one ticket.

I am selling each ticket for $65.00
A total of $130 for both tickets.

Selling your $8.00 student tickets for $65?

I wonder if you need to provide your student ID when presenting those tickets at the door.

What happened? Did you mistake this for tickets to see deadmau5?

No one is going to buy your $16 worth of student tickets for $130 to see Deflator Mouse.

If you are going to try and scalp some tickets, you need to find an event that has scarcity of tickets, high interest level, and you need to do a better job of covering up your price gouging - thost shitty little red bars aren't going to cut it.

they are not $8. George Mason does not discount Virginia Opera tickets for mason students.

Jungaroo98 is totally right. They are not $8. Each student actually gets 1 ticket free with their GMU ID. The $8 on the ticket is probably there to discourage what this tool is trying to do.

Here's the thing...the regular users of this forum are anxious for you to leave so that we don't have to put up with this thread continually being pushed to the top. This is the LAST place in the world you should ever try selling fucking opera tickets. Now if you have like say...Czechoslovakian Death Metal tickets, or Meade Skelton tickets...welcome. I recommend you do the following:

1) List the tickets on Craigslist
2) List the tickets on StubHub

College girl in desperate need of cash? Have you thought about advertising services on Backpage?

She didn't have any choice. She needed weed, and these were the tickets that were free to students this week.

She was trying to get $130. I bet that's exactly what her shitty fairfax connection charges for a half-ounce of seedy schwag.

Hopefully she'll be able to make a quarter last, seeing as she only got $75 for the tickets.
