Christmas Trees

Looking for a good place to buy fresh cut Xmas trees at a reasonable price around Fairfax County, perferably in the Burke, Springfield, Lorton area. Looking for a 7' - 8' Frazer or Douglas Fir. Don't want Home Depot's $59 Special, but don't want to spend over $90 either. Any advice on where to go is appreciated.

There was a place on Henderson Road, south of Clifton where you could cut your own tree or buy a pre-cut one. I haven't been there in years, but I think it's still there.

Actually, I get my trees from Snicker's Gap. They give you a map, saw and some rope. The trick is to remember all the mountain you go up and down looking for the perfect tree is tough going when you have to go back dragging that tree.

St. Mary's Church on 123 usually gets some decent trees at a decent price.

The place that used to be next to the Christian bookstore, Across from Alden Glen townhomes used to be the best. They ran for 30 years, from the late 60's through the mid to late 90's. Gone now.

The place that used to be a Farmer's Market on 28 where Burger King now is in Centreville is. They are gone now too. I think it was Cox Farms.

At Ticonderoga Famrs you can cut your own. They're off Braddock road near South Riding. Pretty cool place. Pretty sure they're still open, I haven't been there in awhile.
