AND you have to deal with the holier-than-thou moms and their screaming kids running around the place. at least that's how the one in Falls Church is

Hi ihateelevationburger,
I am one of the partners for the Fair Oaks Mall Elevation Burger restaurant. I’m sorry you had a bad experience in our store. I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me a call to rectify the issues you had with your experience. If you could call me at 703-801-1992 to discuss this, I would like your feedback on how we can make the overall experience better for our guests.

kudos for your progressive actions here...i am willing to try your place just because you put your money where your mouth is by leaving your number on here (if it's real)....just make sure you still care this much in 1 year....5 years....10 years......thats how you will ensure not having to shut the doors prematurely
Although I've never been to an elevation burger outside of National Harbor, I can definitely say that their burgers are some of the best I've had outside of Ray's Hell Burger in Arlington. EB's fries are a little questionable, but I have nothing negative to say about their burgers or shakes.
are the new elevation burger joints owned by the same company? I think I read a year or so ago that some private equity firm was investing big time in Elevation burger. Or are they franchises?
Is 5 guys getting nervous? They haven't changed the signage in their stores in years. Company resting on its laurels at this point?

Changed their signange? Motherfucker's talkin' 'bout changin' signage? Is that honestly how you rate a restaurant? The Inn at Little Washington hasn't changed it's signage since 1978...I guess it's probably a total dump by now, huh? Holy shit balls, I can't believe some's perspectives on how they think the world works...

I've always liked the Falls Church EB. I just try to go when the soccer moms are home resting on valium.

When is that precisely? When they're home resting on valium seems like an ideal time to go doodad deep in their rectums...

Thank you for the support. The phone number is real and after you have your meal I would welcome a call from you to discuss your experience at the store. We are new and I want to make sure our guests have a great experience and if they don't I want the ability to address your issues so I can make sure we have a long standing and successful restaurant. We are not a corporate owned store, we are a franchisee and we plan on opening more restaurants in the area, The long term success of this location is very important to me and my partners.
Try FIREBOX in Vienna off of 123. Its next to that SUBWAY and one Asian restaurant that is always changing. Good food, great fries, soda is kinda of sucky.
Well, I had a horrible experience there on Saturday, and definitely will not be going back to the Fair Oaks restaurant. Since Cheesecake Factory was packed, I decided to try this establishment. Waited in line 15 minutes even though there were only 3 people in front of me....the kid couldn't have been more slow. Then waited an additional 15 minutes to get a terrible, greasy, tasteless, burned around the edge burger; the fries were cold and stuck together. The 1 little piece oflettuce on the burger had so much grease on it the lettuce was wilted...as the bun was soggy on the bottom. I'll save my $10 bucks before I eat that crap again.
Ebpartner,
Please consider opening a location in the Burke/fairfax station/Clifton areas. Burke Centre would be convenient. Lots of families and sports teams to create a customer base.

The Falls Church EB is really good, however they Tyson's one isn't. Maybe its the long griddle they have, but it's just not as good as the one in Falls Church.
They are opening one in Fairfax City, off of Pickett in the shopping center. I hope that is good because Smash Burger sux
Dr Bombay...I have a real good job that pays well. I don't have to lower myself to your substandard level.
BF..grow up, you immature piece of crap. Learn to capitalize the first letter of a sentence, spell correctly, and get your facts straight. You are 200% wrong..dumb@$$. I think you must have been looking in the mirror when you were responding.

First, you can't have more than 100% of anything. Second, "Both of us..Shut the hell up." What the heck do you mean? I guess that "real good" job must have lowered its standards to hire you.

So you dug up a 9 month old thread to tell us this? Why didn't you start a new thread?
Burgers are to each person's taste, and of course Elevations are competing with Five Guys, Freddy's, Smash Burger, ETC. For the record I think Elevation is good for what it is, a higher than McDonalds quality type of burger, for just a couple extra bucks.
The only elevation I experienced was elevating my ass off the toilet seat to avoid the splashes of poo juice that flew out of my ass after the urgency to take a shit from eating that shit.
EB in Vienna opened recently. It's between Norm's and Fresh Market. The burgers are perfectly fine, You can certainly get as good or better at any number of places, but those are likely to be sit-down stores. EB is high-end fast-food, and is certainly a step up from the billions and billions level. If you want more than that without enduring a lot of doodads, add-ons, and rigmarole, EB would be a good choice.
Off brand root beer? What ? They sell Shopper brand there? You dumbfuck do now know what is off brand. You are getting premium brewed root beer, you dumbfuck. With your taste, you 'd better off drinking piss!

This. It's decent higher-end fast-food; it's better than McD/BK, and not as good as sitting down in a real restaurant. I've eaten at the one on Pickett, and it's clean and well-run, and the burger was tasty.

I've been to EB's locations at Fair Oaks, Fairfax, Falls Church and Tyson's. It's new and they offer two types of veggie burgers, so I thought I'd give it a shot. When I try a new place, I usually give it multiple tries to be fair. I'd give EB a 4 out of 5.
The service is good and the employees are pleasant. The restaurants and restrooms were clean. Yes, the orders take longer than McDonald's, but my food has been fresh and hot at each visit. I'm fairly sure everything's made to order, so if you're looking for something quicker, maybe it's not for you.
The only complaint I have is that the buns they use (which I think are potato rolls) are a little soft. If they used something else, I'd be great with their establishment.
I also think it speaks volumes that their manager has come on here and tried to offer some assistance to dissatisfied customers. Most places now have a phone number to call, but this manager obviously got wind that someone posted here and decided to step up and try to help. In a time where customer service in most places is what really blows, EB is pretty impressive and I'd revisit it just because they have a good attitude.
To the OP, I'm sorry you had a bad experience there. Maybe you should take the manager up on his offer and see if things will change.
I got a coupon in the mail for free fries at their Fair Oaks Mall location. I went in just to get those. I thought it would be a tiny sample size, but it was a giant order of them. They were very good. Employees were pleasant. I don't get the hate.
The burger flavor is pretty good. I haven't tried the cheese but it looks good - at least it's not that horrid fucking American cheeze like they do at Five Guys. The fries are okay. Not great but better than most. I like the cookies. Still need to try a shake.
Here are my gripes: the burger is small, the patties are small, and they really fucking skimp on the toppings. Verdict: not worth the price.

of course, something had to change after a year this thread was started
I went to the Vienna one and my hamburger was red on the inside. As in, not cooked through. I like mine medium-well. We worked it out. I will specify that next time. The burger was delicious, though.

Not involved in this thread other than to say I recognize the newest troll on the block 'Reality.' He is truly a miscreant yet seems limitted at his craft. 'Reality' presents the usual sophomoric fare yet comes up short with the predictable 'google is your friend' or 'Google...do you know it' when in fact such research usually yeilds evidence contrary to RealityTrolls ascertions. I would be a more satisfied trollE if he just proceeded without the google crutch.
