Does anyone know anything about the guy who drives around the Safeway parking lot on Burke Centre Parkway all the time? He drives a late model Ford ranger with a cap on it and it's got tons of signs in the windows. He is always blaring 60's music with the windows down, but is yelling into a cell phone. He has Florida tags and we have called the police on him, but they said they couldn't pull him over because he "didn't do anything illegal" (even though he's been doing this for well over a year and has Florida plates.) Couldn't they pull him over for out of state tags (as he clearly reside shere in VA!)
Either way he is creepy!

The guy in the Ford Ranger is cool. I told him I liked his signs and he give me $100 bill. No shit. I used the money and bought drinks for a couple of 'hos at Hopsfrog. Seriously, if you go up to him and tell him you support his cause and agree with him, he will give you money. You might have to listen to his BS fora while, but he will pay you for your support. Maybe not a $100 bill, but my friend got a $50 bill doing the same thing.

The biggest crime at that Safeway is the slow checkout service, usually only two registers open and the self checkouts being broken all the time.

Again, what are the type of signs on his car? This adds a layer of context of what type of nutjob he is. Is he a right-wing nut job? Left-wing? Anti-Primerica? This shit is important.

Can the cops even pull him over in the parking lot? The lot is private property so wouldn't the property owner need to complain before anyone could do anything?
