(03) Strengthen Healthier Community.

Beside this one, I am working on two similar project for "River Restoration", one for the Potomac River , at the Ft Belvoir Richmond Hwy location, for which , my team is trying to locate a suitable 501-c-3 organization as required to submit this proposal to Health & HUman Services (HHS.GOV) who has requested this proposal, and what I was working on long before, called the "Urban Farm & Community Garden" Project for the Fairfax Hub Zone community, located at the Richmond Hwy Corridor near Ft Belvoir.
This is not a SBIR Opportunity but an opportunity, if executed with add economic vitality and contributed to the priority on "Healthier Community" via Creek Restoration (There are 30 Creeks in Fairfax County, Aquaquan Creek that flows in your neighborhood and mine on the North to Richmond Hwy Corridor Commuity Hub Zone on the South, is one of 3 major Creeks out of the 30 that requires very expensive and long term plan (Fairfax Creek Restoration Plan ) as affordable for Fairfax County given the economy is still standing still but just a little better than 10 years ago.
