Vienna has some of the most unskilled, stupid, reckless, spineless, seemingly clinically insane drivers I've ever had the absolute displeasure of driving amongst!! Fix it!!!

Most of them are Zanaxed-out soccer moms in SUV's. You haven't lived till you see a bunch of them "blocking the box," on cell phones the entire time, at intersections on Rt123...

(What I'm saying is that if some woman blocks the intersection, thus preventing me from crossing the street, I will emerge from my car and have spontaneous sex with her).
