I don't care about the custody agreement. I just don't want to pay on the child support and if she doesn't want to talk to me, then oh well, I can just say I thought my son is dead.

Keep dreaming. Only if your monthly income is around $2.00 per month.

That will allow your ex to then tell your son "your father refuses to pay money to help support you because he said on a public forum you are dead to him. That is an example of why we are not together anymore and why I don't want you to see him."
If you care about your son then go to court to get enforcement of the visitation schedule.
If you don't want to pay then just stop paying. They'll get you with wage garnishments and when you tell the judge what you told us here, hopefully he'll take that as the threat to your son's life it could be interpreted as and you'll be hit with a protection order in addition to your child support.

First of all, what kind of monster would pretend his kid is dead to get out of child support? Second, what kind of idiot would pretend his kid is dead when the mother can easily demonstrate that the kid is still alive?
Unless you have a legitimate reason to think your kid is dead (mother faked a death certificate, showed you an urn full of ashes, etc.), I'd keep paying the child support.
Why does the mother refuse to talk to you? Does it have anything to do with your lighthearted shenanigans, like pretending your child is dead?
EDIT: I acknowledge that this may not be a legitimate question, but if it's a real question, it's still not the craziest real question I've ever seen on here.

Dude, pay the child support. You are only hurting your kid. If she doesn't want to speak with you, well, it is probably the same reason she is no longer married to you. Drink a cup of coffee, wake up, and then write a check.
