I was really itchy. I started running a humidifier, limited myself to one shower a day, and covered myself in expensive moisturizer. It didn't help. In fact it got worse.
Finally took benedryl last night and the itching is gone. Knowing my luck, this started as dry skin and then I reacted to an ingredient in the moisturizer.

Pure oils and body butters are good options. Unless you determine you are allergic to your 100% Shea nut butter... Sigh.
Ive never ever had chronic dry skin/itching in my entire life. Even in the coldest winter months nothing happens to my skin. Im also allergic to nothing. Must suck to be so itchy all the time; I had jock itch once and that was hell.
