Having a debate with someone. He rocks Redskins and Wizards jerseys and he is in his late 30's. I say only teenagers wear those things and he says they are comfortable and can be worn by anyone on game and non game days.

Basketball jerseys and Football jerseys, OK for adults or just teenagers

Having a debate with someone. He rocks Redskins and Wizards jerseys and he is in his late 30's. I say only teenagers wear those things and he says they are comfortable and can be worn by anyone on game and non game days.
What do you think?

I only started wearing football jerseys when I was an adult, but only on gamedays. Wearing one around on any other day is redneckish.

I would agree that they should be worn only on gamedays. Especially basketball jerseys. There's not much worse than seeing some pudgy dude wearing a tight fitting basketball jersey in the summer.

I would agree that they should be worn only on gamedays. Especially basketball jerseys. There's not much worse than seeing some pudgy dude wearing a tight fitting basketball jersey in the summer.
