The constitution means nothing to Democrats any more then it did to them during the days of slavery or Jim Crow and mass segregation or even after the Civil Rights Act of 1964 became the law of the land
"Today's "Democrat Democracy" in a constitutional federal republic of the US means they think they can violate the constitution with a simple majority vote in congress or states
Just as they plan schemes to make unconstitutional end runs around the high courts rulings on gun rights and states rights to abortion law passing
To WIT : IN NEW YORK Democrats want to pass a law to outlaw guns even with a permit in areas of more then 10000 people in a square mile after their unconstitutional state gun law that denied people gun rights to self defense was just overturned yesterday. You'll be seeing more oppression to self defense and the right of the unborn baby to life in the next days to come
In Wash DC after their loss in the Supreme Court DC allowed gun permits to carry concealed with miles of red tape, time and expense supreme . BUT NOT ON ANY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION LIKE METRO WHERE SELF DEFENSE IS NEEDED SO BADLY
