Chuck H. is trying to keep a low profile. The police did talk to him but I haven't been able to get any details. Chuck was a big Moreno supporter but around the time of Colton's death he tried to claim that his social media accounts which all supported Pedo Moreno and/or bashed eesh were impersonations.
