The cartoons depict someone identified as Michael having a baseball bat smashed on his head, and a gun pointed at a a person's head with the words "Buh-bye, Mikey". Thus it is clear that William is threatening violence against someone named Michael, with the words pro se. Coincidentally all the legal documents use the phrase "pro se" in reference to eesh representing himself.

William Moreno also has a track record of violence, and a felony arrest for attacking his own father with a kitchen knife.
